...... all your winter clothes die at the same time (as clothes have a habit of doing *) and you are feeling far too guilty about how tight money is and you can't imagine how you could possibly buy new stuff. But then you go out and spend hundreds of rands on your child's 1st birthday (presents and party) with a big smile on your face and heart and don't feel guilty at all.
*Why on earth does this happen, do all your clothes (regardless of their actual age) just get together in your cupboard and agree on a date to become unwearable. Murphy’s law dictates that this date will be during a month when your budget is already stretched to its limit or beyond.
